Cancellation and refund policy

Cancel anytime

Owner Pro and Brand Pro renew automatically. Cancel whenever you like from Billing (owners) or Manage billing on your brand page (brands). You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

• New subscriptions: if RigSpec isn't what you expected, ask within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
• Renewals: forgot to cancel? Ask within 14 days of a yearly renewal, or 3 days of a monthly one, and we'll refund it.
• Mistakes: duplicate or incorrect charges are always refunded.

Otherwise, partial periods aren't refunded. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days.
